Returns and Exchange

  • We offer a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. 
  • You can exchange any order within 14 working days from the date of delivery and we will arrange for the reverse pickup.
  • All exchanges must be unworn and unused.
  • No refunds or returns on discounted products with an exception of damaged product or size issues , for which we will offer a replacement only.
  • Once the returned product is checked and processed, incase of refund we will process the payment within 5-7 business days.

Wrong or Damaged Order

While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our customer care executive at +918591201402 Monday to Saturday between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM or mail us at info@nzseasonalwear.com within 3 working days.We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged/wrong product and send you a replacement or refund as per your instructions. 

For Refund- The return process will be initiated within 72 hours of raising a request with our team. Once the product reaches our facility we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

For exchange - The exchange process will be initiated within 72 hours of raising a request with our team. We will share the details for the new product send via email or text.
